FC Volendam and BetCity sign partnership

As a Premium Partner, BetCity.nl will be visible in the stadium with physical boardings and LED boardings around the field for the remainder of this season. Volendam's current frontrunner in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie, FC Volendam. The agreement lasts until the end of the season.

The agreement with Volendam is not the first deal with a soccer club for BetCity.

Earlier it announced an agreement with Vitesse and last week it also reported a sponsorship deal with AZ. The Dutch online casino will be the new shirt sponsor for AZ.

Robert Kooiman, marketing director of BetCity.nl, says he is very pleased with the cooperation with the club from Volendam.

"The ambition of FC Volendam appeals to us greatly. This soccer club wants to go higher. BetCity has been active since recently and has exactly the same ambition. In addition, FC Volendam is a soccer club that generally arouses sympathy among most soccer fans. The discussions with the club were very pleasant. Kooiman also throws out a typical bookmaker quote when asked about Volendam's chances of promotion to the Eredivisie.

He says he estimates the promotion chances at 90%. If it was expressed in a quotation in the cricket betting sites in Indian Rupees, then "you end up with 1.11" he adds.

Increase of sponsors from the iGaming world
