HOUSE RULES & POLICIES

At the Odeum, our staff and our team of volunteers, strive to make sure every patron has a great experience when attending a show. Odeum patrons are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their ticket. Patrons and guests in violation of the Odeum policies, may be subject to ejection, arrest, and/or loss of ticket privileges for future events.

Please observe the following when attending an event at the Odeum:

NO firearms, knives, laptops, cameras, briefcases or suitcases allowed in the theater. The Odeum does not provide storage or holding for any confiscated or prohibited items.

Age Policy
Unless noted on our website, events at the Odeum are all ages. However, some events may be inappropriate for children. Parents are advised to use their own discretion.

Cell Phones and Other Electronic Devices
We ask that our patrons silence and stay off their cell phones and any other electronic device during performances. In addition to disrupting those around you, cell phones and electronic devices can be disruptive to the performer. If you need to take a phone call, please do so in our lobby.

Outside Food & Beverage
Concessions are available for purchase at the bar prior to and during shows. Outside food and beverage are not permitted in the theater. 

Cameras and Recording Devices
Audio and visual recording is strictly prohibited at all of our events. Patrons violating this will be required to leave.

Dancing
Patrons are allowed to dance on the side aisles and at their seats but are prohibited from dancing in front of the stage as it violates our fire code.

Smoking
Smoking – including vaping and e-cigarettes - is strictly prohibited inside the theater.

Lost & Found
Lost and found items should be reported to the Box Office.
